Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers with instruction and preparation of learning materials Support students in small groups or one-on-one, reinforcing lessons and promoting understanding Supervise students in various settings including classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, and playgrounds Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming classroom environment Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) or behavioral intervention plans under teacher direction Aid with personal care needs for students if required Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Experience the rewards that come from helping students thrive each day.
