This is a grant-funded, part-time, time-limited position to support the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program (AA 158). This staff member will assist with the implementation of high-quality, evidence-based programming in support of the program. Complete participant registration and maintain all required participant records. Obtain necessary parental consent forms for each registered student group. Assist in providing monitoring for pre-, post-, and follow-up surveys and evaluations and ensure timely submission for each student group ensuring a reliable submission. Deliver approved evidence-based curricula following fidelity requirements and state guidelines. Recruit participants and coordinate communication with schools, families, and community partners. Prepare curriculum materials, educational supplies, and classroom resources. Participate in required state training, meetings, community engagement events, and improvement efforts. Assist with grant reporting, documentation, monitoring activities, and quality improvement efforts. Support sustainability planning, documentation of program outcomes, and grant closeout activities during the final year of the project. Perform other grant-related program coordination duties as assigned. Graduation from a four-year college or university. Experience in community programs working with parents and youth. The ability to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds to deliver evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention programming.
