Twos Assistant Teacher

• Up to $18 per hour, PLUS 50% childcare discount!

Duties:

• Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for children
• Foster social and emotional growth through positive reinforcement and guidance
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is required
• CDA or degree in early childhood preferred
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
