Job Description

Kidoodle Learning Center in Butler, NJ is looking for a caring, dependable Full-Time Floater / Assistant Teacher to join our team. We are a family-oriented childcare center looking for someone who enjoys working with children, supports their growth and development, and helps create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment. This position may assist in different classrooms and age groups as needed throughout the day.
Pay:
$16 per hour
Position:
Full-time Responsibilities Support lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines. Assist in different classrooms and with children of various ages as needed. Supervise children and help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Assist with meals, playtime, transitions, and age-appropriate learning activities. Help create a positive and engaging experience for children each day. Communicate professionally with families and team members. Follow center policies and childcare requirements. Qualifications Experience working with children is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate who is eager to learn. Dependable, patient, caring, and able to work well with a team. Comfortable working with different age groups and classroom environments. Willing to complete required training and background checks.
