Job Description

State of the art Montessori school seeking a Full-time Teacher Assistant. The hours are from 8:00am - 3:00pm. Must have experience caring for children, as well as:

A strong work ethic and desire to meet the needs of children
Montessori experience is a plus
Experience working with children from infants to school age
Willingness to take direction and learn about our unique approach
Ability to work/collaborate/ follow the direction of a Head Teacher
Work well with other teachers and assistants to promote our programs
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, highly organized, team player
Loving, caring, compassionate, and patient
Punctual, dependable, patient, enthusiastic, flexible
Ability to communicate effectively with children and other staff

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$16.00 per hour Application Question(s): Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within our team and for the safety of the children.
