Job Description
Responsibilities:
8:20-1:35- Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development.
- Provide support to children with special needs.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with the teacher to create engaging and interactive learning activities.
- Assist with individual or small group instruction as needed.
- Help supervise students during gym, music, lunch, and other activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and teachers.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
