Collaborate with other professionals—such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and counselors—to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address each student's unique needs. Handle confidential information responsibly while supporting students' social-emotional growth and academic progress. Assist in classroom organization, including preparing materials, managing supplies, and maintaining a safe learning space for children of various age groups including toddlers and early learners. Qualifications Prior experience working with children or in early childhood education settings is highly desirable. Proficiency in communication skills, including writing reports and collaborating effectively with team members. Basic math skills and understanding of literacy education methods are advantageous.
