Job Description
TEACHER
•SEEKING
ASSISTANT TEACHER
•FULL TIME Ages 18 Months
•3 Years, and 3-5 years. Knowledge of Montessori Philosophy preferred. Will Montessori train.
Responsibilities Include:
Support classroom activities using Montessori principles Help prepare and maintain materials and classroom environment Supervise and care for children throughout the day Assist with observations, record-keeping, and daily routines Collaborate with staff and communicate professionally with families High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred) Experience working with young children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to professional development (NYS OCFS requirements) Warm, patient, and joyful approach with children Salary commensurate with experience
