Duties:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and lesson plans.
• Provide support and guidance to students in various subjects
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Help with the preparation of materials and resources for lessons.
• Supervise students during activities, meals, and outdoor playtime.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with students, preferably in a daycare or classroom setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required with 2 years childcare experience; associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
