In this vital role, you will support the development and well-being of infants in a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education, combined with your ability to connect with young children and their families, will help foster a positive learning atmosphere that promotes growth, curiosity, and joy. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote infant development, including motor skills, social-emotional growth, and language acquisition Ensure the safety and supervision of infants at all times through attentive child supervision and classroom management Support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and sensory activities in accordance with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences to foster strong partnerships Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning while adhering to sanitation protocols Follow mandated reporting laws and health guidelines to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and promote child safety Participate in ongoing training related to childhood development instruction, first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and special education practices Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) including pediatric first aid training Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while creating a nurturing environment Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child abuse and neglect Passion for early childhood education and a genuine desire to support infants' growth and development Join us in shaping the future by providing infants with a caring foundation that encourages exploration, learning, and happiness. Pay:
