In this dual role, you will inspire young learners through innovative teaching methods while also supporting the overall management and administration of the educational program. Duties Lead engaging and developmentally appropriate classroom activities that align with curriculum standards and educational best practices Support the Director in managing daily operations, including staff supervision, student enrollment, and parent communication Assist in strategic planning efforts to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and improve student outcomes Oversee budgeting processes related to classroom supplies, educational resources, and staff development initiatives Provide mentorship and leadership to teaching staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety regulations, and educational policies Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance to maintain high standards of education and care Experience Proven experience in early childhood or education administration with a strong background in teaching and management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of educators Familiarity with strategic planning and budgeting within an educational setting Prior experience working in university-affiliated or higher education environments is highly desirable Strong understanding of education policies, licensing requirements, and best practices for child development Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, staff, and community partners Commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and supportive learning atmosphere Join us in making a meaningful difference by leading with passion and purpose!
