Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment. This role is essential in supporting the lead teacher in implementing engaging activities that promote early childhood education, literacy, and overall development in a preschool setting. Duties Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Maintain an organized and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. Help manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective classroom management techniques. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Experience Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred but not required. A genuine love for working with children and a desire to contribute positively to their educational journey.
