Assist with physical needs of students requiring mobility or behavioral support, including basic childcare and toddler care tasks in preschool or early childhood settings. Support lesson planning and classroom activities that incorporate preschool methodologies to foster early childhood development and literacy education. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, especially in preschool environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively collaborate with team members and support student learning. Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.5 - 40.0 per week
