Hours are 8:30am-2:30pm, Moinday-Thursday, following Williamson County School Calendar Works with and under the direction of the Lead Teacher and the Director to provide assistance in the day-to-day activities Responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on children's interests and needs under the direction of the Lead Teacher and the Director Communicate, listen, and work well with others in a team environment Collaborate with Lead Teacher on the implementation of lesson plans and your role in them Assist in preparing materials (copy, cut, laminate, as needed) Assist in the implementation of activities and encourage participation by children Model, guide, and actively engage in appropriate play and activities Assist with set-up and clean up Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom throughout the day Listen in and provide support to Lead Teacher in conferences
