Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
Provide support and guidance to children
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational goals
Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and discipline
Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their well-being throughout the day

Skills:

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other staff members
Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of children
