Assistant Infant Teacher

Job Description

The Goddard School in Snohomish is seeking an energetic and compassionate Assistant Teacher to work with our Infant students! Students in this class range from 6 to 15 months of age. This classroom is staffed with a Lead and Assistant Teacher who work together along with the rest of our faculty to create a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment for our families. The starting schedule for this position is 8:00am-5:00pm with a one hour lunch break. Our school is lead by two Education Directors and two On-Site Owners. As administrators we strive to create a positive and supportive work environment for our faculty every day. We believe that our teachers are the heart and soul of our program and are incredibly lucky to have such a great group of teachers in our school! Our Assistant Teachers are responsible for: Supporting the implementation of our inquiry-based curriculum. Communicating in a professional manner with families and coworkers Working as a team with a Lead Teacher and members of our Support Staff. Upholding Goddard Quality Assurance Health and Safety standards.

CPR/First Aid Training & clear TB test Documentation of MMR & Covid-19 Vaccination 30 Hour STARS training Department of Early Learning Background Check You must have the willingness and ability to apply our developed philosophy and have the desire to impact the life of a child. We are seeking high energy, responsible educators to build relationships with our families, teach our children, and provide a loving, nurturing environment in which children can grow with our program.
