18 years of age or older
For Lead Teachers:
Level 12 or higher on The Registry (or has a relevant Associates' or Bachelors' degree and is willing to become certified) or state-certified Lead Teacher Status
For Assistant Teachers/Substitutes/Floats:
willingness to complete or has already completed Introduction to the Childcare Profession and Infant and Toddler Fundamentals or equivalent.
Has successfully completed or is willing to complete
SIDS, SBS
Prevention training, First AID/CPR certification.
Meets background check eligibility
Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles
Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures
Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

As part of a larger franchise system, in operation for over 30 years, we are the premier preschool for children from six weeks to six years old.
