What You'll Do Provide warm, responsive care and build trusting relationships with infants Assist with feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines Engage babies through age-appropriate play, songs, books, sensory activities, and movement Support infants as they reach important developmental milestones Comfort and soothe babies while helping them feel safe and secure Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom Communicate with families and work closely with the teaching team Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements
