years of experience working with students Responsibilities Provide individual tutoring in first grade reading comprehension, phonics, spelling, writing development, and math story problems to enhance student understanding and performance Identify how students learn best Implement creative, engaging lessons tailored to students' needs Utilize learning technology to facilitate effective teaching and learning experiences Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth
