• Looking for an energetic and reliable candidate that enjoys working with young people and teaching sports skills.

This is a W-2 Position. Breakthrough Sports brings their award-winning youth sports camps, leagues, clinics and training to families throughout Los Angeles (LA), Orange County, The Valley and Inland Empire. We offer sports programs for kids 3-14 years of age including Aquatic, basketball, volleyball, baseball, swimming and flag football!

Responsibilities:

This is for an

AQUACISE

coaching position for working with older adults!

• Conduct Aquatics practices and training sessions
• Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies of aquatics
• Provide guidance and support to athletes during session
• Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Create a positive and inclusive team environment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience in aquatics
• Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of aquatics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
• Knowledge of Aquacise
• CPR, First Aid, or lifeguard certification is a plus
