Job Description

The Soccer Referee at Gardner-Webb University is responsible for officiating soccer matches by enforcing the Laws of the Game, ensuring player safety, maintaining fair play, and making impartial decisions throughout the match.

Soccer referee operates under the discretion of the head official for the match.

Referees work closely with assistant referees, coaches, players, and league officials to provide a safe, competitive, and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Responsibilities include field set up and breakdown before and after matches.
