Job Description

HIT Athletic is seeking reliable part-time batting cage attendants to support daily operations at our indoor sports training facility. This role is ideal for college students, high school seniors, or individuals with a background or interest in baseball/softball. Responsibilities Operate and monitor batting cages Assist players with equipment setup Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Greet customers and provide basic information Support coaches during training sessions as needed Qualifications Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with kids and families Baseball or softball experience preferred (playing or coaching) Ability to work afternoons/evenings Strong communication and customer service skills
