What You Will Be Doing:
Our professionals are the most important resource in our service commitment to our customers. We nurture a progressive environment where challenging, empowered, and purposeful work is celebrated. The Recreation Specialist - Athletics position is responsible for providing world-class services for youth and adult athletic programming. This individual will lead on-site staff during athletic games, practices, and programs. They may also cross over into other business areas as assigned. The athletics staff is responsible for organizing and cleaning equipment, providing high-quality customer service to participants, and enforcing all league rules and regulations. Other duties include providing administrative and clerical support to the Recreation Division.
Availability:
Shifts are typically nights and weekends during athletic programming. The minimum availability this position requires is two weeknights and Saturday availability. Attention to

Performs tasks with care and is thorough, checks work to ensure accuracy and completeness, compares final work product to what is expected to find inconsistencies or errors, and remains aware and takes care of details that are easy to overlook or dismiss as insignificant.

A High School Diploma. Up to two (2) years of relevant experience.
Supervisory experience highly preferred.
