• Bring warmth and encouragement to every interaction Key Responsibilities Lead or assist in structured, engaging classes using provided lesson plans Support students with diverse communication, sensory, and behavioral needs Maintain predictable routines to create a safe, inclusive classroom environment Take attendance, ensure safe dismissal, and manage classroom setup/cleanup Communicate with school staff and VAC directors as needed Represent VAC Enrichment with professionalism, empathy, and positivity Requirements Afternoon availability Reliable transportation Clear background check High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience working with neurodiverse students Teaching, tutoring, coaching, childcare, or behavioral support experience CPR/First Aid certification
