What We're Looking For:

Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (comprehensive certification is a plus and leads to higher pay) Strong understanding of form, alignment, and safe progression Experience teaching group reformer classes Confident, motivating, and professional presence Natural leader with strong communication skills Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented Overall Duties Lead engaging reformer Pilates classes that cater to diverse skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique Design innovative program sequences that incorporate principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to maximize results Provide personalized coaching and modifications to accommodate individual needs and fitness levels Collaborate with team members to develop new class formats integrating skills from disciplines such as yoga, dance, or sports coaching Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere that motivates participants to push their boundaries while ensuring safety protocols are followed Promote membership engagement through excellent teaching skills and active participation in fitness sales efforts Stay current with industry trends in group fitness, Pilates, and health club programming to continually enhance class offerings Leadership Duties Coach instructors in teaching high-quality, engaging reformer classes aligned with PMW standards Mentor and support instructors through feedback and development Assist with instructor scheduling and coverage Maintain a strong, professional studio presence Support community events and studio growth initiatives Periodically observe classes and provide coaching feedback Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and elevated client experience Commitment Minimum 16 hours per week Availability for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends/holidays Active involvement in studio operations and team leadership Growth Opportunity Leadership development and visibility Opportunity to help shape studio culture and programming Pathway to expanded roles as the studio grows This is for instructors who wants more than just a class schedule.
