Assist in the implementation of an early intervention program for infants and toddlers; birth to age 3 who have a developmental delay, atypical developmental, and /or a diagnosed condition with high probability of resulting in a delay, as well as their families. Provide Developmental Services to those enrolled in the Part C Early Intervention Services in the city of Martinsvillethe counties of Henry, FranklinPatrick. Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, special education, a human services related field or any discipline or profession listed under Part C Personnel Standards; or a Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Virginia. Prefer at least one year experience working with children under the age of three with intellectual disabilities or developmental delaysimplementing multidisciplinary service plans. Requires excellent communication skills and experience working pleasantly and cooperatively with a wide variety of people. Position also entails home visitsa valid driver's license is required. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position.
