standards to ensure aerospace conformity and risk mitigation. Responsibilities •
APQP / AS9145
Deployment:
Lead the site's Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities. Facilitate DFMEA, PFMEA, measurement system analysis (MSA), statistical process control (SPC), and strict control plans during new product launches. • Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain and upgrade the QMS to ensure continuous compliance with AS9100 and
ISO 9001.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure alignment with FAA, EASA, and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations. Act as the primary liaison during customer, vendor, and regulatory audits. •
Team Leadership & CAPA:
Direct Quality Engineers, inspectors, and MRB (Material Review Board) activities. Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations and drive lean manufacturing/Six Sigma initiatives. •
Metrics & Reporting:
Monitor site KPIs using statistical software (e.g., Minitab) to track quality performance and drive continuous improvements. Requirements •
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline. •
Experience:
7-10+ years in quality management or quality engineering in aerospace, defense, or an equally regulated manufacturing sector. •
Certifications:
American Society for Quality (ASQ) certifications (e.g., CQE, CMQ/OE), AS9100 Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly preferred.
