Job Description Lead manufacturing process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support new product launches from concept through production ramp-up. Drive DFM/DFA reviews, process validation, risk assessments, and manufacturing readiness activities. Develop and improve tooling, fixturing, automation, and production methods. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput. Support capital equipment projects, process scaling, and operational growth initiatives. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to manufacturing engineering team members. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 7+ years' experience in an Engineering role, focused on New Product Development is required A background in precision machining - knowledge of CNC milling. turning. grinding, and/or EDM is required Proficiency implementing GD&T into production. Prior experience performing FMEA. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering tools What's on Offer Base salary between $110,000 - $130,000 depending on level of experience. 10% Bonus Target based on personal metrics & company performance 4 total weeks time off Health benefits through BCBS - eligible on day 1 401k program with employer match
