Be part of an organization that prioritizes innovation, safety, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive flight test plans. Coordinate flight test activities, including test range scheduling and planning. Collect, process, and analyze test data. Ensure compliance with applicable Army flight test regulations and standards. Participate in Technical Interface Meetings (TIM), Program Reviews, Test Integration Working Groups (TIWG), and System Safety Working Groups (SSWG). Support aerial flight testing in a Flight Test Engineering capacity. Collaborate with engineering, safety, and program management teams to support system integration efforts. Perform administrative and logistical support activities as required. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience supporting military rotary-wing aircraft. Minimum 10 years supporting Special Operations Aviation programs. Minimum 5 years of experience planning and conducting flight tests. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting the Defense Acquisition process. Active DoD Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Preferred Experience with platforms such as A/MH-6, MH-47, MH-60, or MQ-1. Familiarity with Flight Test, Evaluation, Systems Integration, Avionics, Aircraft Sensors, Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE), and Weapons Integration.
