This role is focused on driving team performance in the field, strengthening day-to-day execution, and helping create a consistent, motivated canvassing operation that supports company growth and customer engagement. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate canvassing teams. Manage outreach campaigns. Train staff. Optimize field strategies to achieve organizational goals. Requirements Experience leading field canvassing or door-to-door outreach teams, including at least 6 months of experience supervising 5 or more canvassers. Proven success coaching, supervising, and motivating field representatives to improve team performance. Experience achieving appointment-setting results through canvassing or outreach campaigns.
