Texoma Council of Governments (TCOG) is seeking a Weatherization Program Manager to oversee our Weatherization Assistance Program, serving households across a 19-county region. This leadership role manages staff, contractors, budgets, compliance, and project quality to ensure energy-efficiency improvements are delivered safely and effectively. What You'll Do Lead and support program staff and daily operations. Manage weatherization projects, budgets, contracts, and reporting. Ensure compliance with state and federal program requirements. Work with clients, contractors, and community partners. Conduct or oversee quality control inspections and outreach efforts. What We're Looking For Experience in weatherization, energy conservation, construction, HVAC, or a related field. At least 4 years of related experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of building science, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Requirements Valid Driver's License. BPI QCI Certification, preferred, or the ability to obtain within two years. OSHA and EPA Lead certifications, or the ability to obtain them within six months. $61,184.00 - $99,658.00 per year
