Draftsman Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $40.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Create detailed shop, fabrication, and erection drawings using Tekla and/or AutoCAD Develop connection details and material takeoffs for fabrication and installation Review engineering plans and translate specifications into accurate drawings Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to resolve issues Update drawings and documents based on revisions or field changes

Draftsman Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or drafting education preferred Proficiency in Tekla, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software Experience in structural steel detailing or fabrication drafting preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings Ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
