Job description: CAD Designer - EPS Autonomous Wildfire Defense System Embers Protection Services (EPS)

About Us:

Embers Protection Services (EPS) is a leading provider of Autonomous Wildfire Defense Systems for luxury homes and properties. We're seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team and help create precise system layout documentation.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a CAD Designer to work directly with our CEO in creating detailed system layouts for our fire suppression installations. This role focuses on documenting piping pathways and equipment placement rather than creating new architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with CEO on system drawings and documentation Create detailed piping layouts and pathways for fire suppression systems Design equipment sets similar to pool equipment layouts Map and document roof head locations for sprinkler systems Integrate EPS system plans into existing architectural drawings Provide clear, contractor-friendly installation documentation Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT Experience with mechanical or plumbing system documentation Understanding of basic piping and equipment layouts Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with fire suppression or pool systems Background in mechanical system design Knowledge of construction documentation Understanding of building codes and regulations
