Project Manager Assistant Responsibilities:

Support the project management team throughout the entire exhibit lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution Coordinate project-related documentation Assist with design and drawing reviews, including blueprints and graphic files Support production oversight and project scheduling Assist with on-site installation and setup coordination

Qualification:

Strong research, communication, and organizational skills required Korean-English Bilingual preferred Must be able to travel within the United States for 7-14 days or longer, as needed Must be flexible to work overtime & weekends when required Occasional weekend communication with vendors and clients may be required due to the nature of the trade show industry Unless there is an emergency, employees are expected to adhere to the standard daily time of 7AM CAD Drafter Responsibilities Create and revise production, installation, and detail drawings for custom exhibit booths using AutoCAD Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure drawing accuracy Review blueprints, graphic layouts, and fabrication details Support fabrication and on-site installation processes Qualification Proficiency in AutoCAD required Basic knowledge of 3d modeling software is a plus Ability to read technical drawings and construction details Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in trade show, exhibit, or custom fabrication industry preferred Familiarity with wood, metal framing, laminates, and graphics is a plus Occasional overtime, weekend work, and travel may be required to the nature of the industry Signage & Printing Management Assisstant The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee graphic files provided by clients and ensure they are accurately incorporated into final fabricated products. Responsibilities Organize graphic files & convert them to the aproporiate format for cutting and printing signage Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and coordinate fabrication Install signage and printed graphics Develop & implement a maintenance plan to ensure all signage remains in good condition Coordinate with project managers to meet project timelines and quality standards Ability to lift, carry and move signage materials and related equipment Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator preferred.
