Job Description

Entry-Level Designer/Drafter Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Designer/Drafter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience who wants to expand their skills in industrial design, manufacturing, and CNC machining. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Create and revise industrial exhaust system designs and production drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks along with other software. Assist with the design and development of components and assemblies. Work closely with manufacturing to support production and improve processes. Assist with CNC programming and machining operations. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Help troubleshoot manufacturing and design issues. Maintain accurate engineering documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and other engineering projects as assigned. QualificationsRequired 1-2 years of experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Basic understanding of CNC machining and CNC programming. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with machining processes and production workflows. Knowledge of GD&T is a plus. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
