In anticipation of continued future growth and to meet the ongoing demands of our expanding client base, we are currently considering passionate professional candidates to fill the position of Architectural Designer / Revit Drafter Your Strengths and Skills A forward-thinking mindset with a desire to grow within a multidisciplinary, leadership-oriented firm. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with clients and teams. Deep understanding of building codes, construction detailing, industry-standard and trending. A collaborative approach paired with the confidence to guide and influence project direction. A desire to be involved with space planning, programming, and developing creative concepts. A keen eye and broad experience to advancing design development and prepare detailed construction documents. A full and clear understanding of the entire project cycle from concept through construction. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Associate degree or higher in Architecture or related field Architectural Designer candidates shall have a minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated 'Revit' drafting experience. Pursuing licensure (AXP/ARE) registration a plus but not required. Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of how buildings come together Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated, proactive, flexible, and comfortable working independently or within a team across all phases of project development Experience with Lumion, BIM360, Procore, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus Ability to draw and think three‑dimensionally Familiarity with sustainable design strategies and/or LEED documentation Why Warrenstreet?
