Position Overview McCormick Taylor is seeking a talented and highly motivated intern to support the CAD Management team in our Philadelphia, PA or Mount Laurel, NJ office locations. Currently, this position is expected to be remote with occasional in-office work. The qualified candidate will have strong PC problem solving, customer service, and troubleshooting skills, and an ability to learn new software applications quickly.
Responsibilities:
Installation/uninstallation/upgrading software programs in a Windows 11 environment. Provide support to end users for software, hardware, and network connectivity challenges. Processing Level One (minor) CAD Helpdesk tickets using a Freshworks/Freshdesk system. Technical writing (drafting informational emails to CAD-using staff). Remote into another computer to provide support or training. Perform troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing software/hardware. Editing and sharing files stored in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Creating/deleting Bentley User Accounts. Assist with the development of CAD training videos using Camtasia software. Job Requirements Qualifications An associates degree or higher in CAD Design and Drafting or related curriculum. Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management. Ability to work and thrive in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to self-motivate and work productively with minimal supervision. Working knowledge of both TeamViewer and Remote Desktop protocols. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs. Proficient with using Microsoft SharePoint/Teams preferred but not required. Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk CAD software is a plus. We value your interest in our organization!
