Job Description

Assistant Injection Molding Manager for a successful injection molding operation in Girard, KS.

Skills and Responsibilties:

Hands-on tooling and process setup activities including tool setup, changing tool cores and cavities, loading tools, and adjusting machine run parameters. Help with new product development and line operation improvements. The ability and willingness to work directly in the production area required. Guiding, training, and supervising molding machine operators. Knowledge of production and inventory management systems, processes and terminology are valuable. Experience with manufacturing plastic parts and operational knowledge of injection molding equipment and materials. Ability to do general machine maintenance a plus.
