Summary of Role The Process Development Engineer is responsible for evaluating manufacturing processes and configuring production systems to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and establish operational best practices through Lean Manufacturing principles. This role supports operational growth by improving process capability, manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and control CNC equipment through accurate machine programming. Read, interpret, and convert technical blueprints into finished products using CNC programming codes. Troubleshoot CNC machine issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Perform quality assurance testing on finished products and machined components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, workflow efficiency, process capability, and employee safety. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEP, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Support new product introductions by evaluating manufacturability and developing process documentation. Qualifications (Required) When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent related experience. Minimum five (5) years of machining and CNC programming experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of

ISO 9001

2015 requirements. Experience with Cimatron CAM software. Experience with other CAM software platforms. Working Conditions This position may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, welding equipment, heavy-duty magnets, and industrial manufacturing environments. Physical requirements may include standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
