Job Description

Entry-Level Construction Engineer - Field Operations Rebeen Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering field to join our growing construction company. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training . The selected candidate will work closely with our project and field management team and will be trained in our construction operations, field engineering procedures, documentation, quantity tracking, material coordination, and project planning. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable working in the field, organized, and able to take responsibility for coordinating the work required for the following day's construction activities. Responsibilities Perform daily field measurements and verify construction quantities. Record daily production quantities, installed quantities, and field activities. Prepare and maintain daily construction reports and field documentation. Review plans and construction requirements and identify materials, equipment, labor, and other items needed for upcoming work. Order and coordinate construction materials as required. Prepare and coordinate the next day's work plan with the field crew and management. Confirm that required materials, equipment, tools, permits, traffic control, plans, and other project requirements are in place before work begins. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors, and field personnel as needed. Track quantities of work completed and compare field production with project requirements. Assist with preparation of quantity calculations, estimates, invoices, and other project documentation. Review construction plans and specifications and communicate field requirements to the construction crew. Maintain organized records of daily activities, measurements, materials, and quantities. Visit active construction sites and assist with field engineering and construction coordination. Learn and follow applicable safety requirements and construction procedures. Perform other engineering and construction-related duties as assigned. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and develop into a Construction Engineer / Project Engineer with increasing responsibility.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering field Recent college graduate or early-career engineer Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings Good organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel and management Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license Ability to work in the field and travel between construction locations as required Preferred but not required: Internship or coursework related to construction Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar construction/engineering software Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, or quantity calculations Previous field or construction experience Work Environment This is primarily a field-based construction position . The candidate should be comfortable working at active construction sites and taking measurements in the field on a daily basis. The position will involve a combination of field engineering, construction coordination, documentation, material procurement, scheduling, and quantity tracking . Career Growth This position is intended to provide a strong foundation for a career in construction engineering. As the employee gains experience and demonstrates proficiency, responsibilities may expand into Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Construction Project Management roles.
