Day:

Project Lifecycle Oversight:

Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction from initiation to closure. Organization Work with PM team to ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Risk & Schedule Management:

Understand construction sequencing, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, communications, and satisfaction along with the senior PM team

Financial Control:

Learn to tack budgets, costs, and margins; address financial risks proactively.

Field Coordination:
