Minimum Qualification:

High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience in maintenance and/or general building construction or one (1) year of experience at the lower-level Construction Spec 1 (FEP050) or position equivalent

Preferred Qualification:

Two years of experience with construction from ground to full completion. Prior experience operating heavy equipment. Prior experience constructing pre-engineering metal buildings. Two years of experience with construction site grading. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Programs.
