Build Relationships. Air Capitol Construction is seeking an experienced Estimating Engineer for commercial and industrial Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects in Wichita and the surrounding area. Minimum Qualifications (Required) Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Construction Management 3-7 years of commercial construction estimating or preconstruction experience Experience preparing quality takeoffs and detailed cost estimates Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience estimating Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) Design-Build project experience Knowledge of conceptual estimating and value engineering Experience with Sage Compensation & Benefits $65,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Professional development, licensing support, and advancement opportunities
