The Civil engineer would be responsible for coordinating with customers on planning the job from beginning to end which will include Surveys (site walks), Designing (AutoCAD), Engineering, working with construction to determine best routes and identifying the existing infrastructure, and completing final as-builts. This position would report to our Wixom, MI or Charlotte, MI office locations.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrated ability to create and edit drawings in AutoCAD Experience using Google Earth Pro Experience with Right of Way (RoW) identification Experience working with Miss Dig Design Tickets Experience working with different GIS Systems. Understanding Utility Maps Excellent Verbal/Written Skills Excellent Communication skills with both internal coworkers and external customers Microsoft Office skills Experience doing Walkout/Surveys Candidates are subject to pre-placement drug screening and criminal background check.
