Experienced Structural BIM Modeler / Structural Drafter CWHowe Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Structural BIM Modeler / Structural Drafter with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience producing structural drawings, plans, and details in Revit and AutoCAD. We are a structural and civil engineering firm with 10 structural engineers. We work closely with architects and builders on single-family residential, multi-residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, as well as retaining walls, hillside pools, decks, and spas. The successful candidate must be able to read and understand structural engineering plans and produce accurate construction documents from engineer markups with minimal supervision. Your expertise will help set up construction documents in Revit, create standards, streamline design workflows and deliver precise construction drawings that meet project specifications. Structural Revit BIM Modeler / Structural Drafter Full-time, in-office —no remote or hybrid work for the first 12 months - Hybrid schedule may be implemented after 12 month depending on performance Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Generally 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with flexibility depending on commute Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of structural drafting/modeling experience Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure , including creating and modifying structural models Ability to produce framing plans, foundation plans, sections, elevations, and details in Revit and create standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD , including Xrefs, layers, blocks, templates, and drawing standards Ability to work from engineer markups, sketches, PDFs, and existing AutoCAD/Revit files Strong understanding of structural construction documents and detailing Understanding of wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structural systems Experience working for a structural engineering firm , preferably on residential projects Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines Compensation & Benefits $32-$42 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
