You will join our team of experienced architects in a fast-paced, rewarding, team environment. Ideal candidates shall possess basic knowledge of residential and commercial construction with a minimum of 2+ years experience preparing clear, complete, and accurate detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches, existing libraries and client specifications using Autodesk Architecture 2012 and REVIT Architecture 2013. Utilize Autodesk software to provide support to Architects & Project Managers by preparing detailed drawings. Candidates with experience in AutoCAD, Revit and other design programs is a MUST . Candidates must be fluent in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a degree from an accredited university is preferable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Produces Construction Documents in compliance with Client's requirements and production systems (Autodesk Architecture / REVIT / etc). Prepares Design Development drawings of residential and commercial structures from sketches. Modifies drawings by studying changes; redrawing assemblies, components, and parts; changing annotations; following redline instructions. Work closely with Architects/Engineers/Project Managers to ensure jobs run smoothly. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in related field & 2+ years' experience (or) HS Diploma 5-7 years' experience in architectural drafting. Experience with Autodesk Architecture (NOT

JUST ACAD

) and/or REVIT Architecture required.

Ability to recognize and solve problems without direct supervision Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture and/or REVIT Architecture, Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 3D rendering/drafting experience is a plus!
