Are you ready to design your future? Be our next Site Civil Intern. Your work environment at EXP EXP is currently seeking a talented Civil Engineering Intern to support the Site Civil team. The candidate will learn and perform diversified civil engineering work under direct supervision of junior and senior engineers with a focus on development projects incorporating water, sewer, grading, drainage, site planning, and environmental protection concepts. What a day at EXP has in store for you Utilize CAD programs to assist in the preparation of plan drawings and details; Perform calculations under the direction of a licensed engineer; Assist with preparation of technical specifications and reports; Prepare due diligence searches and permit applications; Perform material quantity take-offs; Assist project teams in meeting deadlines as needed. What your experience looks like Studying Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Environmental Engineering is required Experience with computer aided drafting and Microsoft Office products Punctuality and maturity - ability to work with minimal direction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a team environment The hourly range for this role is $21 to $25. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
