We're partnered with a growing multidisciplinary engineering firm looking to add a Civil Designer/ Engineer to its Georgia land development team. They're hiring for BOTH a Marietta-based position and a remote opportunity , depending on experience and location. This is a hands-on design role for someone who enjoys the technical side of land development and wants the opportunity to grow into greater project responsibility. What You'll Be Doing Civil site design using AutoCAD Civil 3D Prepare site, grading, drainage, utility, and permitting plans Review survey data and evaluate development constraints Handle plan revisions based on client and agency comments Support permitting, due diligence, reports, and cost estimates Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, municipalities, and agencies Contribute to projects from early design through permitting What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred Civil/site or land development experience Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills Experience with grading and site plan production Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why Consider It? Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
