Civil Technician -CAD Designer Farnsworth Group - 3.9 Champaign, IL Job Details Full-time $24 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health savings account Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance 401(k) matching Pet insurance Qualifications Civil engineering CAD design (engineering design task) Full Job Description Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil CAD Technician to join our team In this role, you will support multiple disciplines and provide production support for Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Process Engineering. Qualified candidates will enjoy working with experienced engineers on a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, municipal, water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure.
Job Activities:
Civil Engineering - projects including roadways, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water distribution, site design and grading, processing of survey data, creation of existing conditions drawings including 3-D DTM and standard drawings, creation of survey stakeouts, and other survey related tasks. Process Engineering - Plan preparations for treatment facilities.
Specific Requirements Include:
Associate's degree or equivalent certificate with specialization in AutoCAD. Revit experience preferred. 0-3 years of experience as a CAD Technician in the civil engineering field.
