Job Description

Busy specialty construction firm has an opening for a Senior BIM Specialist. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!

Duties:

Develop detailed 3D models using Revit Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop accurate and detailed BIM models Utilize BIM models to create 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs Collaborate with project team members to integrate design into a unified BIM model Update/maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle

Requirements:

Proficiency in BIM software tools (Revit, Navisworks and/or AutoCAD) required Understanding of building systems and construction methodologies required Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents Familiarity with construction industry standards and BIM protocols (COBie, IFC, BIM Execution Plans) We are unable to offer visa sponsorship or transfer for this position.

Salary:

$65-87K
